Scout Camp

July 11-July 16 Brian went to scout camp! My dad went there for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, to cook for them though. On Tuesday Brian was off to a 16 mile hike carrying a backpack with all of his supplies in it! The hike lasted for 2 days (tuesday and wednesday). He says that he never wants to do it again. Along the way, he took millions of videos to record his misery.

Family Reunion

Even though it was about a month ago..........

June 13-18 was spent in St. George as our HARRIS FAMILY REUNION. 5 families...(like 21 people) stayed in this 2-story house. It was actually really fun, and not crowded.

We did many things throughout the week...

SUNDAY- Our entire family went to church and then we celebrated Taylors' 2nd birthday.

MONDAY- We visited Zion's National Park and went on a tour bus and then took a little hike up to Weeping Rock.

TUESDAY- Girls went shopping for the day while the guys had to go to the recreation center!

WEDNESDAY-As a family we went to the movies. Most people watched up while Brian and I watched Imagine That and Eric and Marcus watched Star Trek.

THURSDAY-Packed and left!!!+(

Fathers Day

I know that I have not updated this in a very long time, but I still need to write about Father's Day! For Father's Day, my dad was spoiled rotten! He got a new suit, a digital photo frame,Touch N' Brush, Flip Video Camera...and much more!!!

Face Paints

Well, for my birthday Grandma and Grandpa gave me face paints (THANKS) and I HAD to use them...haha it was soooo much fun!

My friend and I painted eachothers faces and we were able to convince Michael and his friend to let us paint their faces...

THEN...Hannah (my friend) and I decided to paint our feet! HAHA

MY BIRTHDAY!!!

I have FINALLY reached the ranks of an official teenager. On May May 15, 2009, I turned 13!!!...Well...actually we celebrated my birthday on May 14, because the following day was my birthday party with all of my friends. IT WAS AWESOME!

Thank you so much Mom and Dad for giving me an AWESOME birthday. I love you guys sooooo much! ♥<3>

For my birthday...I was able to remodel my room. I removed my old dresser and replaced it with a new chested drawers. I LOVE IT. I also added a papasan chair to my room(mushroom chair). For decor...I put paper lamps up.

On my real birthday party with my friends we had sooooooo much fun. We had water balloons, food, we got to hang out in the trailor...

MOTHERS DAY!

First of all...I would like to honor ALL mothers out there. I don't quite yet understand how much work a mother gives for her kids yet...but I am getting there!

Well...on Mother's Day, my mom was treated like a queen! LUCKY! haha just kidding...well...she got breakfast in bed, lunch in bed, and was able to do whatever she wanted all day. How lucky! But she deserves. She is such a WONDERFUL mother to our entire family and we really love her.

Then, it came to PRESENT TIME! She got $500!!! SHOPPING SPREE!!! I was also able to make her a card to hold the money for her...haha. She also got this really cool thing that has 5 bears and one dog sitting on a couch. Each bear is labeled...MOM DAD KIMBERLY BRAIN (haha they spelt his name wrong!) and MICHAEL. Each of us are holding something as you can see below.

January-April

I know that I haven't been updating for a few months so this is what has happened so far...

ROBS 40TH BIRTHDAY!!!

February 11, Rob turned 40 and has made it over the hill...We were able to surprise him!

Every year he complains about decorations and he was able to figure out on his surprise party so we planned something else.The night before his birthday, Luz and I(Kimberly), took a visit to his work and decorated it FULL of jokes and stuff. I wish I had my camera...We had a can for him that included an IV, a whistle for help, a medicine bottle, and many other things. He also had a walker with WARNING OVER AGED MAN, or something like that. Plus, the diaper for loss of control, and the tool belt with medicine, teeth...and other things. HE LOVED IT!!! We really pulled a good one on him. Here are some pics of his birthday.

Brians' 15th Birthday!

On January 9th, 2009, Brian turned 15. He had a GREAT birthday and said it was the best yet...not so sure about that! He got many presents including Guitar Here World Tour, Ipod Touch, The Fray Piano Sheet Music Book, a new guitar...but it was returned, and many more!

Pinwood Derby

As some of you may know, Wednesday January 28, 2009, MICHAEL WON FIRST PLACE IN THE PINEWOOD DERBY! We were so happy...especially Rob! Michaels car not only won first place but also won most creative! It was named "The Star Wars Car". Don't you see why?!
